About Recycled Polyester  

This garment uses recycled polyester, which reduces dependency on virgin fossil fuels and diverts plastic from landfill. However, we know synthetics have limitations, especially regarding microplastic pollution and end-of-life solutions. That’s why we encourage mindful wear, reuse, and proper care—including the use of microfibre wash bags. Our commitment is to increase recycled content while working toward improved systems for true circularity.  

About Elastane

Elastane (also known as spandex) is a synthetic fibre that provides stretch, shape recovery, and comfort. It helps garments move with the body and maintain their fit over time. While elastane is fossil-based and not biodegradable, its small percentage within blends greatly improves wearability and garment longevity. We’re working with suppliers to identify more responsible alternatives, such as bio-based or recycled elastane, and to reduce overall dependency on virgin synthetics where possible.
